We retain booking and payment records for as long as required by Greek tax law (typically 5 years), and delete other personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes above.

1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of santorinitransfertaxi.gr and all bookings made through it, operated by Konstantinos Triantafyllou (ΑΦΜ 140083450, ΔΟΥ Thira), Emporio, 847 03, Santorini, Greece.
2. Services
We provide private transfer and chauffeur services (airport, port, and point-to-point transfers), hourly private driver services, and guided tours (including wine tasting and sightseeing tours) within Santorini, Greece.
3. Bookings
All bookings must be made through our website. A booking is confirmed only once payment (or, where applicable, a deposit) has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent.
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, contact information, flight/ferry numbers, and passenger count at the time of booking.
4. Prices
All prices displayed include VAT and applicable fees, unless otherwise stated. Prices for transfers are calculated based on distance and time of pickup; prices for tours are per person as displayed at checkout. A surcharge applies to pickups between 00:00–07:00, as shown in the price breakdown before payment.
5. Payment
Payment is accepted via Stripe (credit/debit card), cash, or credit card on pickup, as selected during booking. Full payment is generally required at the time of booking unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your booking free of charge, with a full refund of the amount paid, if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, for any transfer or tour.
Cancellations must be made by phone or email — cancellation requests submitted through any other channel may not be processed in time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a refund.
No-shows (failure to be present at the agreed pickup location and time without prior cancellation) are not eligible for a refund.
7. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change a booking (date, time, or itinerary) should be made by phone or email as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price.
8. Our Responsibilities
We will make every reasonable effort to provide transport and tour services safely, on time, and as described. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, flight/ferry delays, or force majeure events.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Passengers must behave appropriately and safely during transport. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service, without refund, in cases of abusive behavior, safety risk, or violation of these Terms.
10. Luggage & Passengers
Vehicles are booked according to passenger and luggage capacity as displayed at booking. Please ensure the selected vehicle matches your actual number of passengers and luggage; we reserve the right to refuse boarding or request an upgraded vehicle (at additional cost) if capacity is exceeded.
11. Third-Party Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service (https://stripe.com/legal).
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thira (Santorini), Greece.
